Detailed introduction to DF Type Natural Gas Compressor for Sub-station:
DF-0.24(0.29)(0.36)/30-250 type nature gas compressor is specially designed for natural gas station(sub-station)supply for gas fired automobile, with compact structure, good figure and low power consumption, it is the ideal compressor for natural gas supply station.
This D type compressor, is of two line, four-stage, with little lubricating oil, it consists of main body, crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, cylinder and cooler. The First and Second stage as one line, Balance tank as another line, Coupling and crankshaft connected by anti-explosion motor. Piston and crankshaft connected by piston rod, crosshead and connecting rod, while the crankshaft driven by motor to rotate, the piston operates with linear reciprocating motion in cylinder to compress the gas.
During compressor in service, the injection pressure is 7.5-20Mpa (shown in meter), working only by the II cylinder, after compressed, natural gas will entry into II cooler via gas exhausting valve, if gas pressure is 3-7.5Mpa(shown in meter)I, II stages cylinder will run together, after compressed, flow into I, II stage cooler via gas exhausting valve, gas pressure rises up to 25MPa (shown in meter), after passing by separator, the gas flow into gas tank.
This machine is of integrating with main body, motor, stage coolers, two stage separators fixed on the base. A complete compressor set integrates with main body and coolers by gas pipe, water pipe and meter pipe.
This machine provides safety protective device and monitor & control meter.
Our products have the following advantages,
(1) Adopting Disassembly Round Slideways
a). Because round sideways can be grinded and processed on honing machine, it can enhance 12 grade both in smoothness and precision compared to those semicircular sideways grinded on boring machine .Consequently the precision of gap is much higher if operated with crosshead .And this gap will do direct influence on radial swing range of piston when working, bigger swing range will lead to worse sealing performance and working lifecycle of the fillings for sealing Our products produced with smaller gap, so the abrasion is small, working lifecycle is longer.
b). Due to sideways is round and can be disassembled, when one pair of working surface is abraded ,it can be rotate 90°angle to continue to work. Therefore, its working lifecycle is double longer than semicircular sideways. When completely damaged, it need only replace sideways, which can save maintenance charge for the compressor.
c). The sideways can be disassembled, when it is abraded, it can be replaced by a new one, not like the conventional structure which should replace the whole machine (due to the sideways of old type integrated with machine body)
(2) Adopting Surfaced Radial Floating Piston
Because CNG compressor is of single-row multi-staged type, row line
And piston rod are long, and the errors resulting from the assembling between machine body, cylinder base, shaft-side cylinder and cover-side cylinder are existed, the abrasion and power loss between cover-side cylinder and piston is difficult to be guaranteed. In order to solve this problem, we design cover-side piston rod with floating structure, so even if the coaxial degree between piston and cylinder is big, it also can adjust automatically , this will reduce the abrasion and power loss as much as possible, and extend the working lifecycle.
(3) Adopting Fluorine Rubber Sealing Ring
In this compressor, the static sealing part of pressured zone sealed by Fluorine rubber sealing ring, due to Fluorine rubber sealing ring is reliable, high temperature withstand, oil-tight, anti-aging, and can be reused many tine, consequently it is much better than sealing paper ring which is easy damaged and cant be reused during maintaining and repairing.
(4) Having low average speed of piston.
The Motor rotation speed of our product is 740 R.P.M, but moving distance of piston is only 0.12m, this can also reduce the abrasion of piston ring and fillings, and save the maintenance cost, low speed of piston will reinforce the sealing performance, gas leakage is lower. The gas leakage of our product is less than 3%.
(5) Having high efficient cooling system
The compressor adopts multi-staged cooler, the last stage cooler is cooled by water or wind. The water cooling system adopts interior fin-aided cooling pipe, while wind cooling system adopts interior fin-aided plus wing combined pipes. This is to ensure the compressed gas completely cooled. The exhausting temperature of the compressor with water cooler system is not higher than 10of the cooler system is not higher than 15 of the ambient temperature.
